Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Note: We have closed our Vancouver fulfillment center after our last clearance sale. All shipments now originate from our Hong Kong location.

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, shipping rates and delivery times are affected. Shipping costs are now calculated based on the actual shipping cost from Hong Kong to your destination, which may be higher than previously listed. We apologize for any inconvenience and are updating our shipping rates accordingly.

International Shipping

When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ADAPTURE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@adapture.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
